We booked a three bedroom, three bathrooms, which was quite a find for our family of 5. We had stayed here previously which was great because the place was new. However, 5 years later, the facility looks like it needs quite a bit of maintenance and repair. There were dents everywhere on the wall which seems like an easy patch up. The kitchen was not very well stocked, ours didn’t have a knife. The furniture was a little worn down. We were annoyed but didn’t mind those issues as much. The part that was unacceptable was cleaning service was terrible. As it was a serviced apartment, we expected the rooms properly cleaned at least every other day. The cleaning often happened at the end of the day, which was when we would be coming back to relax. We just wanted our towels changed, as we enjoyed the pool and since it was hot and humid in Malaysia, we felt most guests would enjoy a shower every day. Because the cleaning service was neglectful (I imagine even before we arrived) one of the bathroom drain started smelling from stale water on the 3rd day and was unbearable by the last day. We were out most of the time and came back late, so did not have time to tell the front desk, but truly expected the cleaning service to detect the scent. In the end, we just had to close that bathroom door and not used it. We could have drummed up a fuss but really didn’t the time or energy. We were on vacation! Please repair and update the rooms before renting it out and get better cleaning personnel. We liked the location of the building but there are many options for the price we paid and wished we stayed somewhere else. My advice is in KL, look for newer buildings.

Very spacious room, a/c worked well, shower was powerful and clean, water was drinkable but also we got free bottled water in the room. Quiet room with great view of KL tower and Twin towers. Nice to have a kitchen and dining area, all appliances worked well and rudimentary cooking utensils did the job for us. Supermarket was not too far away on the free bus route. Close to lots of attractions, resturants etc. but not on top of them so no noise. Also on the free bus route which made getting around easy. The staff in the hotel were very helpful. Nice clean pool, well maintained and quiet. Note for new arrivals, the check in is on the 10th floor, not hard to find if you know that but we had to ask. There was a deposit required of 50RM, we paid in cash and got it back easily on departure at 7 am. Breakfast was OK and they will makeyou eggs any way you want but not a great selection. Would go back.

We arrived and were not aware we had to use Whatsapp to contact to get someone to let us into the room. Eventually we had to use global roaming as we didn't have a Malaysian SIM and there was no-one to meet us. We were then given a 3 bedroom apartment as ourbooked accommodation was notavailable, but were told we could onlystay for 2 nights, then had to move, plus we were told we couldonly use one room, not all three!! At the end of day 2, I'd arranged to meetat 5pm to sort out the next night but the person who was to meet us turned up 20minutes late. Thankfullythey were on timewhen we left. The room itself was fine, though someof the furniture was damaged, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and the toilet seat wasn't bolted down properly. The wifi, aircon and other amenities allworked, but there was only leaning if we wanted to pay an extra 80 ringgit, which is a ridiculous amount for a task that would take perhaps 45 minutes tops. I'll be returning to KL, but not to this place.More to the point, not to people who can't get asimple reservation right

The whole place is good to stay but the management of the apartment is terrible. Rude people who doesn’t know how to speak nicely. Played at the pool and we are scolded for being noisy. There is no sign that you cannot speak or make noise in a swimming pool, no such rule ever existed. Terrible manager who cant even speak properly or nicely to their client. Dont invest in this apartment unless the manager learn some manners. Only stay here if you have no plans of using the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, went above and beyond to help us celebrate a family birthday. The location is ideal- very central. Apartment was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for money- Would highly recommend for groups and families.
